Terms and Conditions – Free Gutter Replacement Promotion GMB

  1. Offer Scope
    This promotion provides standard gutter replacement at no additional charge only when issued in writing by Roofing Professionals of Texas and only in connection with a full reroof project contracted and completed by Roofing Professionals of Texas. No cash value. No substitutions. No retroactive application to prior contracts or completed work.

  2. Eligibility Requirements
    Client must execute a signed reroof contract at standard retail or insurance pricing and must pay their full insurance deductible, if applicable, without rebate, waiver, offset, or delay. Client represents and warrants that all deductible payments are lawful and compliant with Texas Insurance Code. Failure to pay the deductible in full voids this offer automatically.

  3. Definition of “Free Gutter Replacement”
    “Free gutter replacement” is limited to standard residential aluminum gutters, standard sizes, colors selected from available stock, and standard downspouts as determined by Roofing Professionals of Texas. Specialty materials, oversized systems, custom colors, guards, screens, fascia repair, wood rot, soffit repair, drainage extensions, underground drains, or code upgrades are excluded unless separately quoted and paid by Client.

  4. Property Condition and Access
    Client is solely responsible for disclosing all known property conditions, including but not limited to pre-existing damage, structural deficiencies, electrical hazards, landscaping sensitivities, drainage issues, HOA restrictions, and municipal requirements. Client grants full access to the property during normal working hours and accepts the risk of incidental damage to landscaping, paint, siding, driveways, and personal property commonly associated with exterior construction.

  5. Measurement and Scope Adjustments
    Final gutter quantities, layout, and configuration are determined exclusively by Roofing Professionals of Texas after reroof completion. Any discrepancies between initial estimates and final measurements do not entitle Client to compensation, redesign, or additional free work. Additional footage or non-standard requirements will be billed to Client.

  6. Scheduling and Completion
    Gutter installation scheduling is at the sole discretion of Roofing Professionals of Texas and may occur after reroof completion. Delays caused by weather, material availability, permitting, third parties, or Client actions do not constitute breach or grounds for cancellation or damages.

  7. No Transfer or Combination
    Offer is non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, rebates, insurance upgrades, or negotiated price reductions unless expressly approved in writing by Roofing Professionals of Texas.

  8. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Roofing Professionals of Texas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to this promotion, including drainage performance, water flow, overflow, or property damage after installation. Client assumes responsibility for ongoing maintenance, cleaning, and monitoring of gutter performance.

  9. Warranty
    Any workmanship warranty, if provided, applies only to installation labor and does not cover clogs, impact damage, settlement, building movement, acts of God, or modifications by others. Manufacturer warranties, if any, are subject to manufacturer terms and are not controlled by Roofing Professionals of Texas.

  10. Right to Modify or Cancel
    Roofing Professionals of Texas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time prior to contract execution without notice. Any misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms voids the offer.

  11. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any dispute shall lie exclusively in the county where the project is located.

By booking an estimate, executing a contract, or allowing work to proceed, Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions in full.
